Facial masculinization surgery (FMS) is a set of procedures designed to create stronger, more angular facial features typically associated with a masculine appearance.
Common procedures include forehead augmentation, jaw and chin enhancement, cheek contouring, and thyroid cartilage enhancement (Adam’s apple augmentation).

In some cases, facial implants or fat grafting may be used to enhance definition. FMS is often sought by transgender men, nonbinary individuals, or those who wish to achieve a more traditionally masculine facial structure.

These procedures help create a balanced, natural-looking result that aligns with an individual's gender identity and aesthetic goals.
